In class we worked on finishing up our two parts of our movie projects and i finished both of them. Other than that not much happend. This is the last class before spring break!

In class I worked on finishing our first part of the script writing for our movie. I learned that writing script is really boring. And thats about it for this class time.

What I learned

Today in class we finished up our picture essays, mine is posted below. We also started our video projects, we have to start writing the scripts and making our story board for our project. Other than that i didn't learn much.

My Picture Essay

Sound, movie and Photo editing software

Sound software- For the sound software I found Audacity. It is a free audio editor and recording software. You can record live audio, cut sounds together, and change the speed or pitch of the recording. It seems like a good program to use.
Movie software- The movie software I found was VideoPad Video Editor. I got the free version and it seems to be easy to use. It has all the feature I would need to make a descent movie.
Photo software- I found Photoscape for the picture editing software. It is also a free program. You can do all the things need to edit photos. It is pretty easy to use and runs good.

What I Learned

I learned quite a few things in the past few weeks I havent posted. We went over podcasting and creating audio in Garage Band. I learned that features of Garage Band are so simple it can be hard sometimes. After the podcasting project we started a kid book reading video project. We are now presenting our  video projects today.
